RETURN POLICY:

1. Food and Beverages (unless expired at time of delivery) are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
2. To be eligible for a return, product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
3. Product must be in the original packaging.
4. Customer will be responsible of the cost of the delivery fees if there is no factory defect in the products.

DELIVERY POLICY

1. AIC ships orders in Kuwait by Company’s own delivery network and, from time to time, we will use 3rd party logistics partners.
2. Orders delivery will be within 48 hours, from Saturday to Thursday from 9am to 5pm.
3. If you are not present at the specified delivery address, we can deliver the order to any person at the specified address and receiving the order will be a confirmation that you have received all items purchased in the order.
4. If we reach your address and fail to deliver the order, please contact us via WhatsApp messages: +965 94073500 to arrange an alternative delivery time.

PAYMENT:

All prices listed on this website are in Kuwaiti Dinars and all charges will be processed in the mentioned desired currency. 

Prices are subject to change at any time but will not affect the orders made prior to the date of change. If , for whichever reason, collection through the payment service should fail AIC will invoice you by email for the amount payable, which must be paid in cash on delivery. In the event that the payment has been processed for an individual product which has been ordered but becomes permanently unavailable then AIC will seek to offer you a suitable alternative or give you a full refund. AIC regrets that any cancellation after orders have been successfully processed will not be approved.

PRODUCT INFORMATION:

The prices, specifications, and availability of products shall be subject to change, withdrawal or discontinue at the company’s discretion without the need to assign any reason to the customer. While all attempts are made to be as accurate as possible, AIC does not warrant that product description or other content of this site is accurate, complete, or error-free.

Under these terms and conditions, you agree and understand that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password associated with access to the services of this site.
